Where does your product come from?
All of our frames and art blocks are designed and manufactured right here in our studio on lovely Saltspring Island, BC.
What is your product made from?
Picture frames are made from MDF (recycled wood product) and our Art Blocks are also made from MDF texturized with plaster. Each piece is individually crafted so no two are identical. The Art Blocks intentionally have a vintage appearance and each one is unique.
What size photo will fit in the frames?
The 18" will fit a 4x6 photo, the 12" and the desk frame will fit a 4"x4" photo.

How do you ship?
Canpar, DHL Ground, or Canada Post (as necessary) Expedited shipping is available upon special request and at your expense.
From where do you ship?
We ship directly from our studio, located on Saltspring Island, BC, Canada. Our dedicated employees pack all boxes using only top quality shipping materials ensuring your products arrive safely and securely.
Where does Cedar Mountain ship to?
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada and the entire United States. Outside of Canada and US please contact us for shipping information.
How are the shipping rates calculated for online purchases?
We use a standard 12% for Canada and 15% for US orders
What days of the week are online orders shipped on?
Our online orders are shipped Monday to Thursday. We do not ship on statutory holidays or weekends.

Do you do custom picture frames / art blocks?
At this time we do not offer custom picture frames or art blocks.

Do you have a catalogue?
Yes we have a catalogue available exclusively to our wholesale customers.
How do I access the wholesale portion of the website?
To become a Cedar Mountain retailer, please fax the below listed items to us at 1-888-537-1248. Once you are approved, you will be provided with a username and password and may log in and access our wholesale information.

Do you offer zip/postal code protection?
For Canadian customers we are represented by David Youngson and Associates, your local sales representative will ensure exclusivity in your area. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the date your order is shipped.

How do I purchase products?
Our picture frames and art blocks are available for online purchase but we do have retailers across the U.S. and Canada that carry a greater variety of our products. Please contact us with your zip/postal code and we will be able to find a local retailer in your area.
What if my local retailer doesn't have the exact piece I want?
If the product you are looking for is not available in our online section, please ask the retailer whether they can special order it for you.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final
Do you sell directly from your studio on Saltspring Island?
No, we do not, however, we participate in Saltspring Island's renowned market that runs from April 1st to October 31st from 9-4 every Saturday in the heart of Ganges.

PAYMENT
What method of payment can I use to shop online?
Visa and MasterCard. American Express is available only to our Canadian customers.
The shipping / billing address you provide must be a valid Canadian/US address and must be the same address that is on your credit card. Your phone number and email address are also required in case one of our customer service representatives needs to contact you about your order. Please note that all prices on our online store are in Canadian dollars.
Will I be charged sales tax on my online order?
For our BC retail customers we charge GST and PST. For our out of province customers we charge only GST and for orders shipping outside of Canada, there is no tax.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the date your order is shipped.
Is it safe to shop on www.cedarmountainstudios.com with a credit card?
Cedar Mountain is very proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase on our website.
